In your strategic sourcing approach, establish a % of purchases from lowest cost, establish a % for the best local supplier and a 1 to 5% for a supplier to be developed

Align your procurement and consumption decisions to your purpose (Comfama, Medellin Colombia – Improve the Middle Class from Antioquia – 5% of corporate purchases are invested in new local supplier development)
